Flat rate shipping of C$10 across Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and Switzerland — 3–7 business days. Orders over C$50 ship free (we refund the shipping cost as soon as your order comes in).

Prefer to skip shipping entirely? Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you within 3–7 business days to arrange a time at either:

Returns

Coffee is a fresh food product — we can't accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
